-We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions.

-If you need to reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Our program offers appointment reminder and confirmation texts to keep you on track with your life coaching sessions. You can expect friendly reminders and confirmations of your scheduled appointments to help you stay organized and focused on your personal development journey.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
